If I sprint in ctrl with ctrl and then press spacebar to jump, that does not work anymore and secondly my keyboard turns to english. I can do that with shift + alt undo but the problem repeats itself as soon as I press Ctrl + spacebar again. Can you turn it off? Because I often use Ctrl + Space and it's really annoying that this does not work anymore.
If you remove all other languages (in the language settings) then this should not change anything.
Which language settings do you mean?
At the bottom of the task bar you will see a small DEU or an EN if the keyboard is in English. Since times click on it then you see the option spracheinstellugen.
I've seen that as well, but the conversion to English only happens in the game and only when I press Ctrl + Space. It is also set to DE.
The Ctrl + Spacebar is actually funny. For me, this only happens with ctrl + alt

Give it a try. I know that too but with me that actually only happens when I play in old + shift press. (should also be shift instead of ctrl up)
So in the game I can only undo this with alt + shift
Yes that's the actual shortcut for it.
test if it really happens with old + spacebar and if it only happens with minecraft.
but I really can't give more tips than any other language can remove.
