I'm currently playing Minecraft with Opti Fine and want to use a shader. But no matter which one says if I want to select it ingame: Exit Code: 0. What can I do there?
A few ideas:
Completely reinstall Minecraft (first uninstall cleanly and delete remaining data. But if necessary, save your saved games).
Throw down all other mods and only use Optifine + Shader.
Make sure that you are using the correct version of Optifine and, if necessary, the shader.
If necessary, integrate Optifine via Forge or Fabric.
Update / reinstall graphics card driver.
Make sure the correct Minecraft GPU is being used.

How do you do that with Forge

Download the installer from "Download Recommended", run it and follow the installation instructions.
Then you need a Forge Mod, which links OptiFine with Forge: https://www.curseforge.com/.../optiforge
The description also tells you which Optifine version you need. Also make sure to download the Mixin Bootstrap mod, which is linked in the mod description.
As soon as you have all the mods and Forge is correctly installed, it should be sufficient to move the mods into the Minecraft mod folder. Then start the Forge configuration of the game via the Minecraft Launcher. The rest should take care of itself.
If you've done everything correctly, you can add the shader via the Optifine settings in the game.
