Why is my PC overloaded by Minecraft Shaders?

I have a shader for minecraft installed 1.14 BSL shader and minecraft starts very hard to deposit when I start the shader. Do you know what I can do to make it even smoother with Shader?

Could it be that Minecraft uses only the Intel graphics unit?
