How can I create a cape in Minecraft myself (the site)?

What do you mean?

There are two common mods for capes:

Optifine (costs 10 euro)

Labymod (is cheaper. Believe 2.50 euro or so. You can also make it easier than with Optifine. But to be honest, find the Optifine Capes better xd)

You can also win a cape at Minecon as far as I know (everyone will see that. Even without mods)
