Are 4.6 GHz gaming sufficient?

I would like to buy a PC with 4, 6 GHz, that is enough for z.b. Gta V or Minecraft?

4.6 GHz says nothing about the performance.

For example, there used to be AMD FX processors that worked with such a clock but were not better than a 3GHz i5.

So if you want to know if you can play with a system you have to name at least the video card, ram configuration and the processor.

The processor is just enough for the Graka.

With CPU-heavy games, you can come into framelock because of the processor, but I would not see a bottleneck for most of the games.
