Now I wanted to ask if Windows can be installed on the Raspberry Pi.
I would like to do a Minecraft BOT and that would be easiest via Windows.
1: It has to be legal!
2: Please explain to me what I have to consider.

The trade magazine c't once tested how well a Windows 10 ARM runs on a RasPI. Conclusion, it takes hours and can hardly be used. That should roughly answer the question.
But since Linux runs on the Rasp Pi without any problems, you can simply run the bot there.

And that is not Windows as we know it, but a version in which only services can be executed that are loaded directly from Visual Studio.
You follow the installation instructions for the Raspi. It says how to do it (maybe a corresponding SD card was already included). As stated on the Labymod download page: Download for Windows, MacOS and Linux.

Windows 10 IoT Core is running on the Pi. This has little to do with the desktop system you are familiar with. Whether you can install and operate a Minecraft bot (no idea what BOT means) on Windows 10 IoT Core.
The installation of Windows 10 should be possible, but it is strangled and anything but a pleasure in operation.
