Have an intel core i5 7400 which is not even 2 years old and is still 100% busy and my pc jerky when I play minecraft and open 1 tab at the same time.
That's not normal, is it?
Which browser do you have open at the same time? With Edge I would open the history and cached files.
Deleting browser data, defragmenting hard drive, buying SSD, buying RAM, emptying the trash, reducing Minecraft visibility or deactivating an antivirus program could help.
The processor is not that good. It is not surprising that Minecraft and the browser are working at full capacity.
Have a look in the Task Manager to see what causes the high workload.
