What does this Hong nemem hoaa translate into the Chinese military parades?

Unzwar from minute 10:20 z.b.

As the supreme boss drives by the car past the soldiers and always speaks into the microphone once "Hong nemem hoaa" and then always "Hong nemem singula".

And then the soldiers always answer something.

What is the guy talking about? And what do the soldiers answer their leader, who drives past them in such a minecraft bunk?

He says:

"Tongzhimen hao!"同志 们 好

Literally: "Comrades good"! Means: "I wish you all the best for your comrades!" or simply, "Good day Comrades!"

Then he shouts: "Tongzhimen xingfule!"同志 们 幸福 了

Means: "Good luck (comrades), comrades!"

Good day literally means in Chinese: "You good!"你好

Then he shouts: "Tongzhimen xinkule! 同志 们 辛苦 了

辛苦 = hard work.

The character 幸 is pronounced in the pinyin "xing". The word connection with 苦 is unknown to me.

Individually, both characters are called "luck" and "hard / lamentable / miserable" (no noun meaning of the latter, which would be common for your translation).

I also experienced similar events live. Since only "licorice" was grated. Why should the chief on such an occasion refer his troops to "hard work"?
