My cell phone broke. Now I have a new email address and how can I download minecraft again for free. Then there's a problem and I don't know my password anymore but as I said I have a new email address. Does anyone know what I can do

Try to reset the password of your old mail, otherwise contact the support there who should be able to help you

You can also register with an old email address on a new cell phone. A new cell phone is not a compelling reason for a new email address.

Simply log in to your mobile phone with your Playstore or AppStore account and download it otherwise there's no other option. If you have forgotten your password you have to reset it but it has nothing to do with it. If you mean the PC then go to Minecraft.net and log in there and download it.
