Download Nitrado Minecraft Map?

I can't download my Minecraft map.
On the Nitrado website, I don't see a "download button" for "Worlds Backups".
There are also some problems with File Zilla. At some point when downloading the "world" error messages come up.

According to the Nitrado Wiki, it should say "Download" here.

I guess you have to "restore" the world first and then you can download it.

You can also simply pull the map out of FileZilla.

As you can see from my question, the download via FileZilla always breaks off, but thanks for your answer.
