Apple Icloud family sharing for apps not working?

I have set up a family share and if the apps are bought it says that you have to buy them again even though the synchronization is activated. Is this just a display error and the money is not debited or how can I fix it? For example, I've already bought Minecraft.

The provider of the app can determine whether the app falls under family approval. If the provider states that every account has to buy the app, then there's not much that can be done about it.

Minecraft supports family sharing

In the AppStore, tap on your account in the upper right corner, select Purchases and then the account on which the app was already purchased. Then you can load the app with a tap on the cloud symbol
