Is the pc enough to play minecraft and to talk happily about Discord and maybe still listen to music and how much FPS would I have?
Playing is nil.
With the HD7350 you can do maximum office work, even with YT Video it reaches its limits.
If you swap the graphics card for an RX570 8GB, for example, then that will be something (if only as an introduction).

There's a very high probability that Amazon's PC has bad components installed. It does not say what exactly is installed, but only e.g. AMD AM4 mainboard or Super Silent power supply. You can immediately imagine what the PC is made of. Just from cheap parts. And you should never save on the power supply unit.
So just build it yourself or buy one from Dubaro. You'll have more fun with it.
