There are (in Minecraft) now and then forest properties in which there are 1-3 rooms that are full of boxes. Is it worth it to look inside? Up until now there was never anything in it, so I gave it up. But could there be a chance of a loot?

Not only because of the boxes, but also because of the other resources, I usually always set up an intermediate base there and loot everything that can be done there
Yep equip yourself and go in if you feel like killing the magician because of the dead but loot there's enough what you need
Are the forest properties also available in Windows 10 Edition? Because I've never found one ^^
I don't know exactly, but they are super rare, look on YouTube to see if there's a console command to find something like that, in the JAVA version this is possible

you can get the coordinates of them if it's not extremely far away and you can also trade a map to mansions with cartographers
