What is the name of this game mode again in Minecraft?

There are servers with different game modes like Bedwars, Skyblock etc. And I wanted to ask how this mode is called where you get loot at the beginning, e.g. Iron armor and sword and others have higher loot and then you fight against other players in a game area and can theirs get loot.

No, in this mode everyone gets the same loot at the beginning and then there's a place where you can fight and if you don't want to anymore you have to go up a ladder if the opponents don't beat you, of course
