How can you make an empty nether in minecraft?

I want to make an empty nether in Minecraft but unfortunately I don't know how to do it Version: best 1.8.9

Depends on how you want to do it. Shouldn't the nether contain a single block? Or the bedrock yet?

Do you have a server available? If so, you can use the plugin VoidWorld and Multiverse.

If you don't have one, you can create one for yourself.

In the chat simply "/ mv create Nether nether -g VoidWorld" and the empty world should be created. The world then does not contain a single block.
