I have to farm a lot of leather in Minecraft how can I get this quickly. I don't find any cows either.
If you play for yourself (offline) you usually only need 2 cows. You can then pair these with wheat. Don't forget to fence in. When you have enough cows, you can kill them and then leave 2 more to start mating again.
Otherwise, rabbit leather is an alternative for some items!

Or lock these two cows in a hole two blocks deep with water and a funnel underneath and always mate. That is the most effective and practical. But very loud in my experience
