Hallu have been trying for a few hours

Was logged out automatically. And I can't log in despite 100% correct login data. I'm 100% sure because I have saved this in a text document on my PC.
If I try to change my password on the website, no emails are sent to me.

The email address or password is invalid.
The computer doesn't lie. If the username or password is incorrect, then the computer is right about that.
You just have to check with which name / email address you bought Minecraft at the time and then reset the password again if necessary.
But since you don't get any mail, the Mojang server is probably overloaded and the mail arrives a little later.
If this has still not arrived after a day, contact Mojang support.
