As a minor, can I sell designs on Fiverr?

I'm 13 years old, almost 14, and I would like to increase my pocket money a bit as I save on PC equipment.

Since I have a lot of fun creating designs / logos / buildings in my free time (both in Minecraft and on Blender and co.), I would like to know if I can use these services without problems (commercial / taxes / minors) on Fiverr can sell for small pocket money (~ 5-10 euro).

Do I have to be of legal age to do this?

What kind of contracts would I have to accept to sell things at Fiverr?

Do I have to register a business?

Do I then have to register with the tax office (taxes)?

Otherwise I would let that run through my parents if that works…

Gl

Actually you have to be of legal age but could go with parental permission

Ea

What about the taxes do I have to register or something? Actually, I don't really feel like registering for a long time…
Especially since I offer these services at low prices…

Gu

You have to register a business as soon as there's an intention to make a profit, that is the case with you, and of course you also have to pay tax on the income.

While this applies primarily to sales on eBay, it also applies to you:

Well-founded (!) Commercial knowledge (including about imprint obligations, right of withdrawal, competition law, liability for material defects / warranty, product liability, product safety law, GDPR, packaging ordinance, liability, taxes, insurance, health insurance, etc.) on your part, I assume that eBay or eBay classifieds A commercial account is of course also mandatory.

Just an example:

A faulty imprint can cost you up to 50,000.00 euro.

And yes, the number of zeros is completely correct:

As a minor, you need the consent of your legal guardian and that of the family court to register a business.

The family court will check very carefully whether you have the appropriate maturity and the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to run a business.

And I wouldn't take the chance, the tax offices have software with amazing capabilities…

Internet trading is a shark tank. And you are not the shark.

Ea

Yo, but actually a shame. Since I already spend a lot of free time doing it…

But thanks in any case for the detailed answer!
I don't think I mess with the shark…

Although I absolutely can't understand that Germany has to make everything complicated again, because as far as I know you can easily do something like this in other countries like America, because I've seen many people sell something like this for the equivalent of ~ 5 euro.

Well, that's it, I'm going to have to deliver newspapers.
