You can't even do that. You only have two options. You could request "entry" for playing on your server. Alternatively, you may accept donations. For this, rewarding the donors are also possible. However, these may only be cosmetic. This is also the point in the terms and conditions that is regularly violated by major server operators.
One way how to get around this would be to include a dedicated bungee corded server, or whatever it was called, on which you allow fly, but require that entry.
But be aware that the owner of the game is unlikely to be interested in you… And, where there's no claimant, there's no complaint…
