Banned at Hypixel because of my name?

I have the problem that I'm blocked on Hypixel because of my name. My name in Minecraft is smart and I do not know what's wrong with that.

I really do not know anymore. Tried to write an appeal in the forum, but had to make me but first a hypixel account, the support and the forum can't write anything because you have to verify his forum account ingame first. Thus I can't write to the support, do not go to the discord / ts, do not write messages in the forum. So I see no way to establish contact with those who see that my name has been blocked in error.

That's up to your name, without the "sch" you would be called "niggie", which is a disparaging spelling for colored people.

You should change your name and then make an application.

Do not know the platform, but in "schniggie" is "nigg" included, which could be recognized by any automatic programs as the beginning of a certain dirty word. There's certainly a support email or something - trying to find something and explaining that it's not intentional… Hope I could help.
