Minecraft texturepack can't be installed?

I wanted to drag the Napp texturepack into the resourcepacks folder but i'm missing 260mb, can i simply delete files in my minecraft orgner?

No, better not before you delete something wrong.

Delete other resource packs.

You can delete files, but they will be automatically recreated the next time you start it (unless they are worlds, texture packs or mods).
