Roccat Kain 100 is it good for gaming?

I wanted to make sure that you can play other games with the mouse except minecraft and does it fit well in your hand?

I have the Kain 122 Aimo and I'm pretty happy with it. Only use it for MC because of the better other mouse, but I can imagine that it works just as well in other games
