Cain 100 or Cain 120 what's the difference?

I play Minecraft a lot and of course I'm interested in high cps. To get a lot of cps in case of abuse I decided to buy a Roccat kain [x] Aimo. My problem: I don't know which one to take… The Germans are enthusiastic about the 120 and the Americans about the 100 so I ask myself: What's the difference, what should I buy and why?
