So I had RX580 and a server CPU on my computer that is not intended for gaming (i.e. Intel Xeon) and Minecraft in the Java version was not bugged at all for me. So your computer should also manage Minecraft Java from the hardware without any problems. Only I assume that something is wrong in your system. Have you ever installed AMD Adrenalin software? If not, install it and try again. And maybe a miracle will happen to you.

Ok then that's really strange if even Windows 10 reinstallation doesn't help. So either your graphics card is not connected properly or it is partially defective. Try to connect your graphics card to another computer and see if the same story with bugged Minecraft occurs there. If so, then something is defensively wrong with your graphics card.

Therefore a new graphics card would be the best option instead of buying the Bedrock Edition.

As I said, buying Minecraft Bedrock doesn't make much sense because you can only access completely different Minecraft servers there and not the Java version. That means, there under Minecraft Bedrock Edition joining to GommeHD Server would be impossible.
