Please do not suggest providers that rent Minecraft game servers directly, they are far too expensive.

If you want to play normally with a few friends, I recommend Aternos. It's free, can host up to 1 server, but is a bit unstable

If it should be a VPS or a root server, as I can see from your question, I can recommend Netcup.
I would also recommend Netcup for a V-Server / Root-Server, but only if you know a little bit about it
We used to have Minecraft servers running at Strato. Linux V servers are available there for under 10 euro / month https://www.strato.de/server/linux-vserver/
So back then we rented on tube hosting
