Is it good or are there better ones for this price or even cheaper? With the laptop I will actually only do basic things like watch videos, work with Office / Adobe programs, etc. So also image / video editing. I'm not a big gamer and it's not a must, but it would be nice if games would work too. Like Sims, Genshin Impact or Minecraft.

These are mostly very old, used laptops that have been repaired or partially upgraded.
However, Win10 does not run on such slow laptops, i.e. That would have to be down first and an older operating system or Linux on it.
