Learn to code?

I'm 13 years old and I'm interested in programming I actually wanted to start with Minecraft spigot so does anyone have any tips for the beginning or should I start with something else, e.g. Take a closer look at Java before, etc?

Read books about it or youtube what a lot of people are doing here or you do something easier so that you get the basics clear

The best thing to do is batch, sure it's not much, but to learn the basics it is enough or bash what Linux would be
