I play minecraft bedwars a lot and I wanted to learn some good designs, but as I heard you have to be able to do mouse tricks. Abuse is said to be very good because it can reach around 20 to 30 cps. So if you slide your finger over the mouse and click so quickly. Try it for a few weeks but I just can't learn it. Can someone give me a few tips on how to learn this faster

Nobody can do 20 clicks per second by hand. 6-8 would be realistic, but not 20 or even 30. There are programs that do this 50,000 times per second.

So your mouse should not be so smooth, rather something with more profile. Or wet your fingers. It works quite well.
