Hand bent oddly at Minecraft shader?

My hand is somehow weird with the shader at Minecraft you have a solution That is only when I move. Here is a picture

I think that's because of motion blur. You have to turn that off.

Possibly. This is due to the shader and a defect in the shadow technique. Try another one and see if it's still like that.

You can take the shader out and put it back in again or restart the game or choose another shader

This is probably supposed to represent a kind of motion blur. An indication of this is that this "bug" only occurs when moving.
