Much too little available memory?

I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 with a GTX 1060 and an I7 8th Gen. I have 7.85 GB of available memory, but only 384 MB of available physical memory?! Does anyone know why that could be?! Simple games like Minecraft are extremely lagging for me and I'm slowly getting tired of them. Drivers are all up to date.

Click on the Windows symbol, enter 'msc' in the input window and start it.

Then select the Start tab there and click on the current operating system in the text field on the left.

Now look at the top right of the window to see whether there's a checkmark next to maximum memory. If so, remove this tick, save the settings and restart your system.

Then the problem should be fixed.

Then take a look in the task manager to see which services or applications (Windows or your own) are branching off so much from the RAM.
