I was about to start Minecraft and after trying 10 I got the idea to ask here. My Minecraft keeps crashing after joining a multiplayer server. (according to loading terrain)

Have you ever quit the game in Task Manager?

Jo

You have too little ram / your Minecraft is not receiving enough ram.

How much RAM do you have installed? Are you playing on Windows 32 or 64 bit?

In Windows 10 you can find the information under Settings → System → Info.

Pe

No why?
and if what can you do about it then I can test it

ha

It more or less just says that you have too little memory free to finish loading the world.

Pe

Okay can you help me i have connected a hard drive but i don't know how everything can run over it

ha

No, I'm sorry, I don't really know anything about it.

Pe

Have 8GB RAM installed

He

Press CTRL ALT and DEL and open your task manager and then you press end task there maybe it works if not I would download Minecraft again

Jo

Search times in Windows for Task Manager. Alternatively: a right click on the start menu → Task Manager.

If this is your first time, click on "more details" at the bottom left. Then on top of "Performance". How much memory is being used (without Minecraft being open).

Pe

75%

Pe

This means?

Jo

That's quite a lot! What do you have open in the background… While you play MC?
