Is my graphics card broken / damaged?

I think my graphics card is broken or damaged.

Because with every game Minecraft Vanilla always has very short stutters.

I have a GTX 1060 3gb and the latest driver is on it

Does anyone know anything and can affirm my presumption?

You can't say that. The whole thing can also be due to RAM / hard disk or other software in the background.

Texture pack or something on it?

Minecraft is not really optimized xD

I haven't really changed anything on my PC and yes to many to every game, Borderlands 3, Sniper Elite2, Skyrim, Witcher 3.

Optimization? So with my GTX 1050 Ti (4GB) it runs smoothly xD

I have a "stronger one" (hate to say) and there's nothing with over 500fps somewhere

Somewhere is always over, my buddy gets 999 FPS in part in Minecraft, then the World Border is reached.

Yes, but that's what I mean by optimized.

In R6, CPU and GPU are 100% at 250FPS in 4k, everything is Ultra with Texture Pack.

Opened my pc and plugged it all in again and plugged in everything now. Borderlands 3 on Normal xD

I have no idea about the PC, luck that nothing broke.
