Jar files can't be extracted with Java?

I recently wanted to install Forge for Minecraft and it can't be unpacked with Cursefoge and MultiMC is the same problem, a cmd window appears for 1 millisecond and closes, how do I get rid of that?

You don't have to unzip it either, just run it.

Right click on the file → Run with Java.

Jar files are bytecode and have nothing to do with a file container.
