Have the problem that my prefixes, and colors are not recognized. Do I have to change something? Ingame is only [default].

To my knowledge, you have to set this at the PermissionsPlugin how the prefixes should be. Since I do not know your PermissionsPlugin, unfortunately I can't send you commands for it.
