I wanted to install a shader for Minecraft but I need Optifine first but my window closes. So I just wanted to try a text file…

How can you show me with pictures?

You do a right click and go to new and then there's a large selection for example Word or Powerpoint and further down there's what is meant by text document

if so, try first "cd desktop" with cmd and then add java - jar [file name from OptiFine] .jar ei

I think you have to drag optifine into the desktop for this
