I've played Minecraft for the last few times and even though I wasn't in a cave and not even near it, there were creepy noises. When I googled it, it came out that it was Herobrine noises, but it doesn't even exist in the game, or did I miss something? The sounds are in the linked video. A quick answer would be great!
There's no such thing as a story
That is normal
Everyone gets eggs fluttering at the noises.
Cool story since when is minecraft a story?
So as far as I know, these noises only come when you are near a cave, was there another under you or nearby?
And Herobrine doesn't exist in the game - it's a rumor that has been around for too long
You can accidentally come across them while digging, you can find cave entrances by chance while walking in the world, but you can also draw attention to caves through noises: The so-called ambient noises are always played when a dark cavity is nearby (it can also be an artificial one).

Herobrine was removed from the game at the time. You can only get it back into the game via a mod
Herobrine is a story you've even read the question
It was not removed. It never existed. It was only written "Removed Herobrine" in the changelog below with every update. As a small Easter egg or something.
I see
When I googled it, it came out that it was Herobrine noises, but it doesn't even exist in the game, or did I miss something?
Minecraft vs. Reality.
You mean that occasional hum and howl?
Just sound sequences that are played randomly every now and then. Serves as the acoustic background for the game.
Nothing to worry about in any way.
