I got a minecraft code on mmoga just for fun. (NO Java Edition). Then I downloaded Minecraft.net minecraft with it (was synonymous that it is normal and NOT the Java). When I downloaded minecraft it was only in the launcher 200 mb and ingame said that it is the Java edition. Can help me jmd how exactly I download the normal right now?

What do you call "the right one"? Java is the original… Then there's the Win10 version from the store of MS, X-box version ect…

Ma

The "normal" version runs on Java. Alternatively, there would be only the Windows 10 Edition (App from the store), console versions (Xbox / Playstation) or the Pocket Edition (IOS / Android). As long as you use the launcher, you have the right one

Mo

The Java edition is the right one.

On the Mojang page you can download the kack windows-10 version.

But normally ingame stands only that one Minecraftversion has, but with me stands the Javaversion

How can I update the Java version?

Ma

This will be shown on the newer versions. Do not worry, you have the right one.

El

Java comes with the launcher. You can download Java updates directly from Oracle, but you also have to specify this in the launcher profile, that you want to use a different Java version… Theoretically, you do not need a Java update, because the supplied version runs…

But minecraft has normal 2gb or something?

Ma

Depends on the version. The launcher downloads only the right .jar file the first time.
