Transfer Minecraft to another phone?

Hello guys I got the Minecraft in the App Store for 8 euro and now I have a new cell phone and I wanted to ask you how it works without paying again?

There's an app called Phone Clone. You can use it to transfer apps and files to another phone. I think it only works on a Huawei. But I think there's another version of it that works on all phones. Enter Phone Clone in the App Store. Some cell phones have the app right from the start.
