How can I give Armor NPCs in Minecraft 1.15?

Unfortunately I forgot what the command looks like and I can't find anything suitable on the Internet. I would now like e.g. Put a player head on a Villager (with Command!).

This is not possible with villagers, you only need mods.

I'm pretty sure that was possible… At least in earlier versions
