I just wanted to ask you if one of you knows how to play Minecraft Java Edition with your friends. I've tried a lot on Youtube, but unfortunately nothing works.
Simply with multiplayer, a realm, a server or you open your world in the LAN, if you are in the same LAN network
You can create a server (for a fee) or you can just meet up with your friends to play on a third-party server like FMC.
Many freebuild / citybuild servers have plots in which you give your friends building permissions on your GS.
You can create a server (paid)
Not necessarily. You can also simply use a VPN and play on the local game.
You can also make free desktop servers that usually perform well
Or you open your world in the Lan if you are in the same Lan network
Or you can use a VPN service. E.g. Radmin.
Yes
How does this work?
Third party providers are just very, very unsafe
How does that work with this VPN? What does that mean
https://www.radmin.de/
Basically, you connect via a virtual private network (Virtual Private Network = VPN) and thus simulate a LAN network, whereby you can simply start the game and simply invite the game via "Play over LAN" without setting up a server.
It's also completely free.
Is that also safe? So because of the virus and what you already know
By third party server, I mean a public server like Bausucht, FMC or Hypixel
Clear. Doing this is a common practice.
This Radmin VPN says it is unsafe, are there alternatives?
Nonsense. This is the normal Windows security advice… You get the message with all programs!
Well my virus protection program says no
That says a lot. These are false positives. Ignore and run. This is because you are building a VPN network. Every AV program says no at first.
What do you think why I recommend this to you? To give you a virus? You won't get a virus that quickly…
I've been using Radmin for a long time.
Everything works now, thank you very much 👍
