Have selected the normal selected Intel HD (R) 7700 i5 300 at Optifine to activate shaders, however, have one other namely the Nvidia GeForce GTX 940 MX installed and can't or white as I can select it was already in Nvidia Graphics settings and in Intel graphics settings have a x64 bit based Windows 10 home gaming laptop or Lenovo IdeaPad 510 which is a bit pimped it is 8 GB of RAM installed is still to be increased please ask for help synonymous times with shader play without drops below 30 fps to get!
In the NVIDIA Control Panel, you can select the preferred GPU for each application.
Okay, how exactly did I see something because I can only select the mc launcher not directly minecraft because that is so silly with me I had already tried thank you troz would be great if you could explain it to me exactly!
1. Right-click on the Minecraft Launcher
2. Run with graphics card (or something like that, have not used a laptop for a long time)
3. Select Nvidia high performance graphics

Is great if it works like this (see other answer). However, you have to do that every time I start. Otherwise you right click on Desktop> NVIDIA Control Panel and there you will find the described option.
So it really works now so always the launcher and Minecraft always start with the 940mx thanks again!
