How do I install minecraft forge on a MacBook Pro?

I'm downloading Minecraft Forge and want to open it. Then comes this download window and I press okey to start the download. From that point on, it loads forever and it doesn't work. Can I solve this problem?

The Forge is not already installed because I can't select it in the launcher.

Did you download your suitable Forge version from the original website? http://files.minecraftforge.net/...forge.net/

Are you also sure that you chose the installer?
Do you have Java up to date?
