Minecraft console spam?

Can you somehow set something in the Minecraft Console so that it is spammed? Like with the Windows Console.

This option is available for various hack clients. The simplest is the sausage client. Download it and activate the log spammer

Clear.

You choose a block (if possible where you can't see it)

Command block. There you set to "always active and repeat"

Then you write. / Setblock x y z (the block you chose!) Dirt

2nd command block there you do the same as above (always active and repeat) and write in / setblock x y z (the same block as above!) Air.

As a result, one cmd sets one, the other deletes it directly.
