How would you react to the following scenario (please honest and open)?

Is considered a Minecraft supporter.

Scenario: In your first week as a supporter, you kick a well-known player for spam and insults. His friends and guild members disagree and spam you on Facebook, Twitter or in the forum.

If I didn't know what to do, I would be happy to receive advice, thanks!

Ye

Block them on social networks.

With their behavior, you can think that they are not even old enough for Facebook.

After all, it was just a kick (a warning). Shouldn't they be like that?

pi

Delete all blocks and all accounts on social media and replace them with new accounts that nobody knows.

Un

Block and you certainly have a contact person in the supporter team who has a higher rank and will help you in this situation and give advice

Du

If it were to do so, I think it would be most reasonable:

Step 1: Kindly point out that spamming is considered a violation of the rules

Step 2: In the event of repeated occurrence, warn the person (s)

Step 3: If it is still ignored, a higher team member will let you know and punish the player accordingly.

En

As a supporter I enforce the rules.

Whether that is the player at the top of the leaderboard or not.

Anyone who gets me whined because of this hear this.

But the people who spam me might also get a kick / ban / punishment because you spam me too.

Un

If there are quite a few, maybe I would skip the caution as this would only make them more aggressive. With such a big pack I would personally, but could also be due to my character, bring in a higher-ranking team member, but not now your friend who has only been there for a week, and that would then give warnings that really arrive, you are still the new, inexperienced
