Error in the console while loading?

I'm just learning to program minecraft plugins and had this error in the console:

In your plugin.yml, however, you wrote "command" instead of "commands", which is probably the error that prevents the plugin from running properly. and try the names of the commands such as E.g. Heal to be written in lower case in the Plugin.yml and the main
