Water with Minecraft (Switch) in Splitscreen faulty?

We play Minecraft on the switch in the split screen. Recently, the water in the split screen is displayed incorrectly. It is no longer transparent and when you are in it is very dark. However, only player 2. Player 1 (main player) has no problems.

I'm not sure if it's been that way since the update to 1.8 or before.

Does anyone have the same problem or a solution?

OK. This is how the water in the 1.14 development version of the phone looked like, so it looks familiar to me.

Maybe what about the settings change? Otherwise, yes, it bothers but tragically that is not so.

Already changed all settings. Have all my screenshots looked through. Before updating to 1.8, it was normal on both sides. Is probably the update.
