Then you probably have the Java edition, which is only available for PC.
The Bedrock edition from the Microsoft store is the one that is also played on mobile phones and on the console.
No crossplay is not yet as far as I know, neither is Java version… ❌
Do you have the Java or Bedrock version? It is not possible with the Java version
On the PC you need the Bedrock Edition (i.e. The classic Windows 10 Edition), not the normal Java Edition.
