Do the buttons on the Xbox controller have the same function as on a PS4 controller?

Do the buttons on the XBox controller have the same functions as on the PS4 controller? So do e.g. The ∆ on the Ps4 controller the same commands as the Y from the XBox controller?

Because I only have a PS4 controller, but I play Minecraft on my phone. But all the in-game help is designed for the XBox controller.

If the buttons on the XBox controller don't do the same as the buttons on the Ps4 controller, can you tell me which button does what with the Ps4 controller?

In fact, many multiplatform games on Xbox One and European / American Playstation 4 have the same input. This is particularly evident in Grand Theft Auto V when you activate the 5 minute immortality or free fall cheat in story mode, for example. The key input is one and the same on both controllers. This was already the case with many games on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 (EU / USA), especially GTA V again.

Since the Playstation 4 and Xbox version of Minecraft Bedrock originally emerged as the port of the mobile phone version, the controls (if still set as standard) are the same everywhere.

the ps4 buttons are the same with the xbox in most games i think but i am not 100% sure about that.
