Looking for Minecraft OptiFine Cape?

Does anyone know how to make this cape on OptiFine or where to get this?

Is probably with labymod you get it like this:

Buy a cape from them (15 euro) then you go to any page unfortunately forgot them just give a labymod user cape or so there you enter the name of the player from the cape then you download it, insert it and yes that's it it doesn't work with Optifine
