Hello very often when I change the resource pack or turn a shader on or off my game crashes (regardless of the MC version)

Which Windows do you use? Check canyourunit (enter it in the browser, open the first page) to see if your Pc is good at Minecraft.

I have WIN10 here are the results from the test. Everything seems to fit there

Try other TP's. If it doesn't work with them either, see if you have allocated enough RAM to your Minecraft version.

I have assigned 4Gb DDR4 Ram to my MC instance, I think that should be enough
